Registration, Account Setup, Service Usage

Our Services require a valid email address, full name, phone number, and password to set up an account.   To reserve a ride, we require a pick-up address, drop-off address, email address, phone number, and credit card information.  All GO-AIRPORT.com Services require prepayment with a credit card.  Your credit card is charged for the full amount at the time you make your reservation.  We store encrypted credit card information and use it for both billing and payment purposes.

Driver Information

If you apply to be a Driver, we collect the information you provide in your application, including your name, email address, phone number, birth date, profile photo, physical address, government identification number (such as social security number), driver’s license information, vehicle information, and car insurance information.  We collect the payment information you provide us, including your bank routing numbers and tax information. Depending on where you want to drive, we may also ask for an additional business license or permit information. We may need additional information at some point upon acceptance as a GO-AIRPORT.com Driver, including information to confirm your identity (like a photo).

Cookies

We use the following types of cookies that are required to enable core Site functionality (you may adjust the cookie settings in your browser at any time)

• Provide secure log-in

• Remember log-in details

• Remember an order status

• Remember what is in your shopping cart

• Remember your task or transaction progress

Location Information

When you use the App, your geo-location details and whether you are using the APP as a Rider or Driver with GO-AIRPORT.com are collected. 

• Riders: We collect your device’s precise location when you open and use the App, including while the app is running in the background from the time you request a ride pick-up until it ends

• Drivers: We collect your device’s precise location when you open and use the App, including while the app runs in the background when in driver mode.

Information from Third Parties

Some visitors may choose, at their discretion, to connect to GO-AIRPORT.com using an external third-party application, such as Facebook.  GO-AIRPORT.com may receive information from that connected third-party application.

Analytics Information

The Site uses Google Analytics to help analyze how visitors use the Site.  Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form.  The anonymous information generated by the cookie about your use of the Site (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google.  This information is used to evaluate visitors' use of the Site and compile statistical reports on the Site activity for GO-AIRPORT.com only.  We will never use Google Analytics to track or collect any personally identifiable information.  Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.  Neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.  We will not associate any data gathered from the Site with any personally identifiable information from any source.

Messages from GO-Airport.com

On occasion, GO-AIRPORT.com may need to contact you.  These communications are service-related and necessary for members and guest users.  You agree that GO-AIRPORT.com can send you service-related communications, such as those related to rides, transactions, your account, or security.  Examples of service-related communications include an email address confirmation/welcome email when you register your account, notification of a booked ride, modification of key features or functions, and correspondence with GO-AIRPORT.com's support team.

Information Sharing & Disclosure

GO-AIRPORT.com will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer this information to anyone with the following exceptions based on legal grounds:

Legal and Safety:   In response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; to protect, establish, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to comply with a subpoena, court order, legal process, or other legal requirements; or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, threats to our property, or violations of GO-AIRPORT.com Terms & Conditions.

Service Providers:  It is also necessary for GO-AIRPORT.com to engage third-party companies to operate and provide the Services.  These third parties have limited access to your information, use your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are obligated to GO-AIRPORT.com not to disclose or use your information for other purposes.
