Booking Policy

All services require prepayment with a credit card.  Your credit card will be charged for the total amount at the time you make your reservation. understands that your plans can change for different reasons. Therefore, if you need to extend your wait time, reschedule, or cancel your booking, please let us know within the parameters established herein not to incur unnecessary fees.


Wait Time Grace Period

Your Wait Time Grace period is determined by your pick-up location and starts at your scheduled pick-up time.  To assist in a timely pick-up, we commonly track arriving commercial flights. Therefore we recommend that you provide your flight information.  We do not monitor private or chartered flights. It is your responsibility to notify us if you will be arriving before or after the scheduled pick-up time you provided on your reservation.  Your driver will be dispatched based on the current arrival information available to us.

  • Domestic Flight Terminal:  30 Minutes

  • International Flight Terminal:  60 Minutes

  • Non-Airport Pick-up (Home/Office/Hotel): 10 Minutes


If you are running late or you cannot locate your driver/vehicle, call (678)701-1700 to avoid a “no-show.”  If your grace period ends and you have not arrived nor contacted us to extend the wait time, your booking will be considered a “no-Show,”  and your driver/vehicle will be dispatched to their next trip.


Cancellations and No-Show

To receive a refund for a canceled booking, you must contact us within the following time parameters before the scheduled pick-up time:

  • Sedans: 60 minutes

  • SUV vehicles: 2 hours

  • Vans and Sprinters: 12 hours

  • Minibus:  48 hours

  • Coaches:  72 hours

  • Limousines:  48 hours

  • Coordinators: 48 hours


Late cancellations made at the pick-up time, as well as “no-shows” (you are not available or no longer want the trip when the driver/vehicle arrives), are non-refundable.

  • Late cancellations:  No refund

  • No-call-No-show:  No refund


Your driver will take the most logical route to your drop-off location.  Your driver is not responsible for and has no control over delays due to traffic, weather, or road construction.  Ensure you schedule a pick-up time that allows for travel time and possible traffic to your drop-off address.

We will amend or update this policy from time to time. The revised policy will be published on the Site.  We encourage you to check back regularly and review any updates.
