I just bought my airline ticket, when should I book my ride to and from the airport?
Most complete their air travel arrangements by booking their ride to and from the airport as soon as they complete their airline ticket purchase. We are very popular, so like the airlines, our bookings fill up quickly.
What services does GO-AIRPORT offer?
GO-AIRPORT offers direct non-stop transportation to and from the airport. This is all we do, and we're the best and most reliable choice for your transportation to and from the airport.
Will there be other passengers in the vehicle with me?
Absolutely Not! No other passengers will be sharing your ride to or from the airport,
How do I cancel my ride to or from the airport?
GO-AIRPORT understands that your plans can change for different reasons.

To receive a refund for a canceled booking, you must CALL (678)701-1700 within the following time parameters before the scheduled pick-up time:

Sedans: 60 minutes

SUV vehicles: 90 minutes

Vans and Sprinters: 12 hours
Late cancellations made at the pick-up time, as well as “no-shows” (you are not available or no longer want the trip when the driver/vehicle arrives), are non-refundable.

What kind of payments do you accept?
All GO-AIRPORT services require prepayment with a credit card. Your credit card will be charged for the total amount at the time you make your reservation.
My airline flight date and/or the time changed. How do I make changes to my GO-AIRPORT.com booking?
Changes or modifications are easily done by logging into your account, selecting the reservation you want to change then making the needed changes. If you do not have an account you can call us anytime at (678)701-1700 and we will make the changes for you and email you an updated reservation.
